WATSON & WILMA

We ensure that each of our garments is made with quality fabrics and hand crafted locally.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange your item for a different size please email your digital receipt to hannah@watsonandwilma.com

Domestic orders may be returned up to 14 days after the ship date and must have original tags attached. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted. Shipping fees apply.

Watson & Wilma retains the right not to accept garments that do not align with the above stated. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Panties and gift cards are exempt from being returned. To return your product, you should email your digital receipt to hannah@watsonandwilma.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hannah@watsonandwilma.com and further instructions will be sent. Panties, for hygienic reasons, cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

To return your product, email your digital receipt to hannah@watsonandwilma.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
